PrettyBlack wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an instance where you are not satisfied with your item(s) we offer a store credit for all items returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date minus the shipping costs.

Please email info@shopprettyblack.com for a return authorization number, in the subject line please add Return and Order Number, for example, Return-Order # 12345.

You must have a return authorization number to return items.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your store credit to be emailed to you. 

All returns should be post marked within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

We do not offer exchanges due to availability of an item. You must purchase the item again and return the original item. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees.

All items should be in the original condition received.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, free from alterations, stains, and odors.

For hygienic reasons accessories are final sale and may not be returned.

All items purchased on sale or clearance is final sale and may not be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above-mentioned criteria. The item will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

All items are inspected before shipping to the buyer, if in the rare event you receive a defective item please send an email to info@shopprettyblack.com with “Defective and Order Number” in the subject along with pictures of the defective item.
